Uzbekistan and GE Aerospace Target Aviation Workforce Development

Uzbekistan and GE Aerospace agreed on 19 October to jointly develop programmes for training new aviation specialists and improving the qualifications of existing professionals. The initiative responds to growing demand for skilled aviation personnel, although no training budget or participant target was announced; employers and training providers can explore technical skills development and workforce planning, while HPC can support workforce analytics, digital training systems and performance reporting.
