Algeria Advances Railway and Desalination Infrastructure Priorities

Algeria’s Council of Ministers reviewed progress on the mining railway line and associated port infrastructure and discussed contracts for connecting outfalls from newly constructed seawater-desalination plants. These priorities indicate continued demand for civil engineering, transport systems and water infrastructure, although no new contract value was confirmed in the reviewed reports.
